FACULTY TABLES, IIT HYDERABAD

These tables were a part of faculty cabin furniture designed and manufactured for IIT Hyderabad campus. A range of furniture comprising of desks, bookcases, side and discussion tables for more than 200 faculty cabins was mass manufactured and installed in the campus premises.

The Faculty cabin desk is a generously proportioned table with modesty panel below that also connects the two leg panels on either side and provides strength and stability.

The square shaped discussion table was necessary in every cabin to hold informal meetings and discuss new ideas.

The tables making the round table arrangement are individual units that are used as lecture tables in halls. Combined together, they fit together and by virtue of their shapes, become a bigger discussion or collaboration table.
